The Opening Process

ShipOnSite offers a great business opportunity for those individuals who love to be hands on, but directed in a clear and precise manner. Our management team will guide you each step of the way in becoming a satisfied business owner. While we don't provide direct funding, we do have a family of lenders and work closely with the SBA - giving you the resources needed to find the best financing option that fit your needs.

What to expect.

There will be approximately 4 months of guidance, preparation, and training from the time you first meet with the Ship On Site team to the day you greet your first ShipOnSite customer at your new location.

The First 8 Weeks

Training, furniture being built and your new store in it's naked state

The first 8 weeks are spent investigating sites and working with lenders on financing. Once these two items have been pinned down, we kick into high gear to open your ShipOnSite doors in an 8-week time frame. This includes training and getting furnishings built.

The Final 8 Weeks

The last 8 weeks

The final 8 weeks completes the physical set-up of your new ShipOnSite location. ShipOnSite provides you an Owner's Checklist with an itemized list of tasks. Inventory, equipment, and all necessary installations are completed. A full training program is also completed during this phase. Once all tasks and installations are complete, you are ready for a soft opening with the assistance of the ShipOnSite Training Team.
