John Brewer

John BrewerJohn Brewer has been involved with several large corporations, seen smaller ventures through major growth and been active in bringing such companies public. 

Working with Tumbleweed Restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky, John was with them through their expansion and the restaurant chain now boasts more than 63 restaurants in 8 states.

John was Regional Vice President of Operations with Bob Evans Restaurants, chairing the Training Committee and serving on the Executive Committee.

John served as the COO of Big Four Restaurants and later was elevated to the CEO of its newly formed Corporation, East Side Restaurants.  East Side holds many award winning restaurants, including The Oyster Bar & Grill, winner of the "Best Seafood Restaurant" in Phoenix, Arizona .

As COO and founding member of the Board of Directors, John saw Storage Revolution, Inc (dba Moveable Cubicle ) through major growth and development in Texas and North Carolina.

Kathy Brewer

Kathy BrewerKathy Brewer has extensive retail, marketing and accounting experience. Kathy has had a diverse career, which led to being a self-employed owner of a clothing boutique.

Starting as a receptionist with Nationwide Advertising, Inc., Kathy was promoted twice in her first year. As Accounts Payable Manager, she was responsible for all accounts payable for 41 offices throughout the United States and Canada. Her duties extended to a subsidiary which owned the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Kathy gained her initial experience in handling multiple sets of company books with the Brittany Investment Company. Here, she was responsible for collecting all accounting data from each company and processing the information through individual Holding Companies.

As owner and operator of Kenn Corporation, Inc. (dba Gaylen's Boutique), an upscale women's clothing store, her responsibilities included marketing, sales, buying, hiring and accounting. Kathy bought this struggling store and increased sales ten times within a nine month period. She also represented a wholesale clothing line that sold to other retail boutiques. After 10 years, Kathy sold Gaylen's Boutique for a substantial return.

Mike Brown

Mike BrownMike Brown has been a banking executive for the past twenty years and brings extensive experience in management, commercial lending and professional investment administration to the ShipOnSite Management Team.

As Vice President of Central Carolina Bank, Mike designed and implemented marketing and business development initiatives for Wealth Management, advising clients on estate, tax and personal investment strategies.

Mike directed the overall operation and profitability of a $125 million office as a branch manager and commercial lending office.

Mike served as Vice President and Business Development Officer for Fidelity Bank NC and put new business development strategies and marketing campaigns in place. With his assistance, he increased his branch's total deposits to $5.1 million and produced $6.9 million in commercial and consumer loans.

As Vice President and Branch Manager for SunTrust Bank - Apex, Mike directed all aspects of operations, supervised employees, developed business leads and contributed and monitored the branch's profitability.

Jodi Fulton

Jodi FultonJodi Fulton joined ShipOnSite's management team in September 2005 after spending 18 years in the Jr. Fashion industry.

Jodi began her extensive management career in various managerial and leadership roles for G&G Shops; ie: Rave. In 1997 she was promoted to District Sales Manager of a 7 store, $4 million market based in Columbus, Ohio. Jodi continued as a District Sales Manager in the Jr. Fashion Industry with Gadzooks, Inc. and Charlotte Russe where she was responsible for the sales operations of $8 million and $16 million markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina. Jodi motivated and led management teams to achieve the expected financial results. Four Store Managers were promoted to District Sales Manager positions under her leadership and direction. Jodi successfully organized and planned 15 new store openings throughout her DSM career.

Jodi was involved with the development and execution of various corporate programs such as revising and testing of training programs, reviewing policy and procedure material prior to company roll-out, providing feedback at corporate merchant meetings, and updating new store opening guidelines.

Dave Bissette

Dave BissetteAs Director of Technologies for ShipOnSite, Dave Bissette trains all new store owners on how to become successful eBay Powersellers. Drawing on his nearly 8+ years of eBay trading experience, Dave has helped ShipOnSite develop one of its primary revenue streams into a solid system.

Dave has been featured on several live radio broadcasts as the eBay expert and has become known simply as "Dave, the eBay Guy."

Dave is a former school teacher with the Wake County Public Schools and Photography Director with IBM's Personal Computing Division website. He graduated Cum Laude from University of North Carolina Greensboro and is a combat veteran of the first Gulf War.
